FEE SCHEDULE

By camping at this site, I hereby knowingly and intentionally forever waive and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Birchwood Campground, LLC., its owners, agents, and/or hosts of all liability for injuries caused by, but not limited to, the following: campfires, all-terrain vehicles (ATV), fishing, hiking, biking, motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, trips/splits/falls, trees, and encounters with wildlife. I acknowledge that camping has many risks and potential hazards that cannot be abolished. Birchwood Campground also reserved the right to refuse service to anyone. They will not be responsible for accidents, death, or injury to our guests, private property damage, or loss of money, jewelry, or valuables incurred during their stay. You cannot abandon a vehicle or trailer on our private property without the permission of the property owner. If you do abandon a vehicle or trailer, you will be liable for the cost of its removal. Lastly, all guests agree to read and comply with the Birchwood Campground Ground Rules posted onsite.
